We had an amazing stay at Ty Capel Isa in Blaenau Ffestiniog. The value for money was excellent, with a beautifully restored cottage, well-appointed and comfortable. The location was perfect, with lovely walks right from the doorstep, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with the addition of 1 or 2 Pyrex bowls for cooking and reheating food in the microwave.

Ty Capel Isa was great value for money with clean and spacious rooms, comfy beds, and a beautiful garden. The location was peaceful and perfect for walking, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming.

The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better would be a wider variety of options.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage in the heart of North Wales. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet village with easy access to stunning hiking trails and beautiful scenery. The cottage itself was full of character and had all the modern amenities we needed, including good Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV with HDMI for streaming our favorite shows. The kitchen and shower room were well-equipped and had everything we needed. The owners were friendly and welcoming, offering us a delicious home-baked cake upon arrival. We especially loved the old VHS tapes that added a nostalgic touch to our stay. The cottage provided a comfortable and relaxing base for our adventures in Snowdonia.

While the kitchen had a low sloping ceiling and a narrow doorway, it was manageable even for taller individuals like myself. Additionally, the lack of a bath and Pyrex bowls in the kitchen were minor inconveniences, but we were able to make do.

The cottage was incredibly comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for a cozy Easter weekend getaway. The furnishings were not just stylish, but also very comfortable, with plush sofas and cozy blankets. The hosts had thoughtfully set the heating on a timer, ensuring we woke up to a warm and inviting atmosphere. The garden space was perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun, and we were even greeted with a delicious homemade cake upon arrival. the location was ideal for exploring Snowdonia, with plenty of hiking and cycling opportunities just a short drive away.

Taller guests may find some of the archways and stairs a bit low, requiring them to duck. This could be a minor inconvenience, but it wasn't an issue for us as we are of average height.
